We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands and we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. That’s why we offer 14 days easy return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Item/s must be in original condition (unworn, unused with all tags and in original packaging).
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Note : Any items purchased with a discount of 30% or more can only be returned for store-credit or exchange.

As a small business, we currently don't offer free returns and all return costs need to be covered by the customers. We suggest using a tracked shipping service. Slayd won't be liable for any damaged or lost shipments during the journey.
Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (or provide store credit if that item is sold out).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with a confirmation and process your refund within 1-3 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace it for you at no cost.
