Exclusions:

• Lost or stolen items, normal wear and tear, scratches, or accidental damage are not covered.

To make a claim, contact us at hey@slaydjewelry.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Claims will be reviewed within 2–3 business days, and approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit if the item is out of stock.
